the actor Kareena Kapoor appreciated Lionel Messi Argentina beat France to win the trophy and the footballer was man of the moment at the FIFA World Cup final on Sunday. Kareena took to Instagram and shared a childhood photo of Messi and called him ‘GOAT’. Many Bollywood celebrities took to their social media to express their joy and excitement after Argentina’s win, with many praising Kylian Mbappe’s performance in the match. Taking to Instagram Stories, Kareena shared Messi’s childhood photo posted by former English footballer David Beckham and wrote, “GOAT.” It is seen in the picture, Messi can be sitting on the field with football. He is wearing an orange t-shirt with white shorts. Kareena also shared the post made by People magazine. In the picture, Messi hugs his sons as he celebrates his victory on the ground. Kareena posted a sticker, which read, “Love it.”

Many such celebrities after Messi’s team won the FIFA World Cup final Shah Rukh KhanRanveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, Sushmita Sen, Abhishek Bachchan among others congratulated Argentina and praised the legendary Messi. Abhishek wrote, “What a great and well-deserved World Cup final. Congratulations to Argentina! #FIFAWorldCup #ArgentinavsFrance.” Ranveer, who watched the finale in Qatar with Deepika Padukone, tweeted, “What did I just watch?!?! historical iconic. pure magic FIFA World Cup.” He also tweeted, “It has to be him. Messi.” Shahrukh wrote, “We are living in one of the best World Cup finals ever. I remember watching WC with my mom on a small TV….same excitement with my kids!! And thanks and #Messi for making us all believe in talent, hard work and dreams.” for!!”

Kareena was last seen in Advait Chandan’s Lal Singh Chadha Aamir Khan, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya. The film did not do well at the box office but was loved by audiences after its Netflix release. He will now be seen in the Hindi adaptation of The Devotion of Suspect X. He also has a thriller with Hansal Mehta releasing next year.
