day of the week
At this time, no release date has been set for the Season 2 release. However, we don’t have to wait long for a release. As confirmed on several invincible social media channels, we should expect a season 2 in January 2023.
It will be the 20th of that monthm Anniversary of the R-rated superhero comic series by Robert Kirkman, Corey Walker and Ryan Oatley, whose first issue is expected to arrive on January 22, 2003. An announcement around this time was always on the cards. Well, we’re all hoping for a January 2023 release.
Invincible seasons 2 and 3 were greenlit in April 2021. And as head writer Simon Racioppa says, both seasons have been in the works for a lot longer than most fans thought.
According to him, “We are working on it [Invincible season 2] For a while,” Racioppa told TechRadar exclusively. “We are working very hard on it. Basically, every day is Robert [Kirkman, Invincible’s co-creator] It’s working, and I’m working on it. We’re talking about it, and we’re well into the process. We’re working on it more than I think people are aware, but it takes a while. It’s a big show.”
In April 2022, a video was taken of lead voice actor Steven Yeun as he began recording his lines for Invincible Season 2:
Not long ago, JK Simmons, who plays Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man, told DiscussingFilm that the cast was entering the recording booth very soon. And it seems that most, if not all, of the series’ voice cast have finished their season 2 work. Speaking to ScreenRant, Khari Peyton, who plays Blake Sansom, said: “We’ve finished season 2. We’re into Season 3, but it’s pretty hard to say right now when it’ll launch.

Zachary Quinto was the robot’s voice actor in season 1, but it is unclear if he will return. In the first season, the robot was the artificial host body of Rudy Connors, a man whose genetic defect initially meant he could not live outside of his saline tank.
Seeing as Rudy’s consciousness will transfer to his new clone body in episode 7, Ross Marquand took over the voice duties for Rudy, so we’re not sure if Quinto will return. Robots have a major role in the comics, but we’re not sure if those events will be part of Season 2 or Season 3.
Invincible Season 2 Trailer
